The first step is a conference with a direct access barrister at Imperium Chambers. You discuss your background in full, receive strategic advice, and decide how to move forward.
Initial conferences range from £150 to £600 depending on the seniority of the barrister you instruct. If you proceed with us, that conference fee is deducted from the agreed work.
After the conference we agree a fixed fee with you. There are no extras or additional costs added along the way. You can pay in full upfront or on a flexible payment plan.
Fees are agreed case by case. The ranges below are indicative — your quote depends on complexity, urgency, and the seniority of counsel instructed.
